"Privacy feels okay so far"
I like that hacoo.app doesn’t ask for a ton of info, which is nice, really nice. The privacy settings are easy enough to find, so I didn’t feel like I had to dig around forever. It’s not perfect, not perfect, but overall I feel okay using it so far.

"Absolutely no surprise fees"
I ordered from hacoo and I can say with complete confidence there were zero surprises with customs. The duties were shown clearly before I paid, and when the package arrived there wasn’t some random extra fee waiting for me. That’s exactly how it should be, so I’m definitely happy with the experience.

"Packaging held up well"
The box showed up a little dented, which had me slightly worried at first, not gonna lie. But everything inside was totally fine, so no real complaints there. Packaging did its job, even if the outside looked like it had a rough little journey

"Size was a little hit or miss"
Some of the items fit just fine, but one of the tops was smaller than I expected. I don’t know why, because I did check the size chart and it kind of helps, but it’s just not always accurate for me.

"Had to Shut the Notifications Off"
The app itself is fine, but wow, the notifications were instantly too much. I’d get alerts for things I didn’t care about and my first reaction was just, nope, I’m turning these off. The annoying part is that now the app feels less useful because I’m not getting the few updates I actually would want.

"Too much stuff is out of stock"
The app is fine for browsing, but it gets frustrating quickly. I’ll find something I like, tap on it, and then it’s sold out or not available in my size. They keep making it seem like there are new drops or that items will be available soon, but it’s all vague and never really clear when anything is actually coming back. I wish they’d update stock properly instead of showing stuff I can’t even buy

"Language switched easily, but I’m less confident now"
The app picked up my language right away, which was nice and didn’t take any effort. Still, after using it a bit more, a few things felt inconsistent, and it made me trust the app a little less than I did at first.

"Return was surprisingly easy"
I somehow ordered the wrong size, which still confuses me because I was sure I checked it before buying. I figured the return process was going to be a hassle and kind of braced myself for a whole back-and-forth thing.
I reached out to hacoo.app support, and they got back to me faster than I expected. The instructions were clear, even though I had to read them twice because I was overthinking it for no reason. Once I followed the steps, sending it back was actually really simple.

The refund showed up a few days later, which was another nice surprise. I’m still not sure how I messed up the size in the first place, but the return itself was way easier than I expected. Definitely 5 stars from me.

"Tracking Was Reassuring and Easy to Follow"
I ordered from hacoo.app and had a good experience. The tracking worked well and updated every few days, which made me feel reassured because I could see where my parcel was along the way. Delivery took a little longer than I was hoping for, but it wasn’t a big deal in the end. Overall, I’m happy with it

I ordered a few things from Hacoo the quality was hit or miss. One of the tops looked decent at first, but then I touched the fabric and it was like, okay, this feels cheap. The seams were a bit messy too, which I noticed right away. For the price, it’s not the worst thing ever, but I don’t think I’d order a bunch from there again.

"Canceling my order was actually easy"
I accidentally placed an order and needed to cancel it, it wasn’t much of a hassle. It did take a bit for the update to show, which had me wondering for a minute, but support got back to me and everything was sorted out. Not a flawless experience, but definitely better than some other apps I’ve dealt with.

I’ve been using hacoo.app for a little while now, it’s been smooth. No weird login problems or anything that made me worry. The security checks feel normal too, not over the top or annoying. It just gives me the feeling that my account isn’t easy to mess with, which I really appreciate. Happy with it so far.

"Selection feels limited"
I was expecting a lot more from Hacoo, but the selection felt kind of weak. A bunch of the items looked almost the same, and some categories barely had anything I’d actually want to buy. I kept trying different searches hoping to find more styles, but it was mostly the same stuff repeating. Some products also made me wonder about the quality, so I wasn’t really confident ordering. Not really worth the time for me unless they add more variety and better-looking options.

"Help takes too long"
The app itself is okay I guess, but the support is slow. I messaged them about a problem with my order and didn’t hear back until days later. When they finally replied, it didn’t even really answer what I was asking. I had to message them again, which was annoying. Not the worst app ever, but if you need help fast it gets frustrating...
